Shipping Policy

All products will be shipped via USPS within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted. Once your order is shipped, it will be delivered within 5-7 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders. At this time we are only able to fulfill orders within the United States. Some items may not be eligible for shipping to Hawaii and or Alaska.

Return Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise noted. If your purchase is damaged in shipping, you may obtain a full refund or exchange the damaged item for the same item, subject to availability. If this describes your situation, we're here to help.


You have 24 hours from the time of receipt to contact us at regarding a return. Please include your first name, last name, contact email if different from sender, order number, name of the damaged item(s) and photo documentation of the damaged to item(s).


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you via the email address you provide to us that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you regarding the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
